That's A Wrap

Did you ride your bike to work on May 16? Did you come down for free pancakes? Did you enjoy them?

200 of you did - and that's a record for attendance - although in years past we've had no real good way to count people. But now we do...because we made friends with the Museum of Visual Materials. What a great venue for Bike To Work Day!

Thanks to these bike shops for making Sioux Falls Bike To Work Day a great success:
Harlan's Bike & Tour
Praire Cycles
Spoke-n-Sport
Two Wheel Dealer

Thanks also to the individuals who show up to meetings, drink the coffee, and make the event happen.

The local daily covered the event. Here's the article.

Bike Bus

What is a “bike bus?” A bike bus is a group of people who bike to work in a group. “Bus” because there is a set route and timetable. “Bike” because all the “passengers” are on bikes!”

As one lady put it, in the following video, “It’s just a lovely way to start m’ day.” Enjoy!

Bike Bus. Call your friends and neighbors. Try it!
